Terms of Destaging / Removal:

Houston Staging & Design, LLC requires written 7 day notice to schedule your destage or a $850 rush destaging fee is applied. Once the notification of destage is received, Staging The Nest, LLC is authorized to remove all staging items UP TO the closing date based on geographical scheduling. It is the intention of Houston Staging & Design, LLC to destage the property as close to the closing date as possible, this allows for any sudden contract changes. In the event Houston Staging & Design, LLC is not notified of the sale of the property and the new owner occupies the property with Houston Staging & Design, LLC's inventory / staging equipment still in place, the Payor of the Original home staging agreement assumes responsibility for all inventory / staging equipment replacement costs.
